Before arriving at camp, all participants will need to have one of the following:

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Records

  • Proof of COVID-19 antibodies within 3 months of arriving at camp

What changes are being made to keep everyone safe at camp?

Smaller groups each week, keeping cohorts of campers separate, staggered meal times, masks, daily screenings, and socially distanced activities.

Are there any changes to drop off or pick up?

Yes, we will be assigning drop off times and visitors will not be permitted inside of the camp lodge.

Pick up will also be staggered and we will not be holding a closing ceremony. The camp video will be emailed out to camp families on Closing Day.

What pre - camp precautions should I take?

All participants will complete a 14 day health pre-screening and will be asked to refrain from large gatherings 14 days prior to camp.

Will everyone be required to wear a mask?

Yes, everyone should bring enough masks for their week at camp. We understand that some campers may be unable to wear a mask and we will use social distancing to keep everyone safe.

How will staff be trained?

Our staff will have training  COVID-19 symptoms and containment as well as increased cleaning measures for camp facilities.

What if I am uncomfortable attending camp right now?

We understand that everyone has a different level of comfort with COVID-19. We are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at camp and encourage everyone to do what is best for them at this time.

We will continue to monitor the Tennessee COVID-19 Youth Guidelines.
