CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Space for campers is very limited and we ask that a camper only be registered for camp if there is a high probability the camper will be able to attend. We understand that circumstances may change, and will do our best to work with families who have to cancel their camper's registration, however we will not be able to issue a refund unless we are able to fill the remaining camper spot.
The $100 camper registration fee holds the camper's place until 60 days prior to the start of the camp session when the full balance must be paid. If the full camp registration balance is not paid 60 days prior to the start of the camp session, Camp Conquest reserves the right to cancel the camper's registration and allocate their spot to a camper on the waiting list. Due to the unusual circumstances of the current COVID-19 public health situation, we reserve the right to change camp dates, reduce session capacity, cancel camp sessions, and make any necessary changes to protect our camp community as our camp directors and Board of Directors see fit. We will notify camper families of any changes via email.
CAMP COMMUNITY POLICY
Camp Conquest's policies and procedures are designed to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable time at camp. Any participant in an event hosted by Camp Conquest must agree to follow the policies and guidelines communicated by Camp Conquest whether written or verbal. If at any time, a participant violates a Camp Conquest policy or verbal instruction from a staff member, the participant will be given verbal notification and we will follow our procedures for repeated policy violations. Continued inability to follow Camp Conquest's policies will result in the participant's removal from the event. These policies are outlined in detail in the camper and volunteer registration process. Camp Conquest guests that register at www.campconquest.com and individuals that sign up to receive Camp Conquest e-communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always "opt out," either now or at any time in the future if you do not wish to receive our messages. IP addresses Camp Conquest uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer www.campconquest.com, and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.
