This is an awesome area - shaded during the day, Edison bulbs at night. Good for lounging by the lake and grilling.

Our campfire pits are great for small-group conversations, end-of-day-reflections, and s'more-toasting fun!

Each bedroom has between 4 to 6 beds, a private sink, and is adjoined to an adjacent room through a permanent opening.

frequently asked questions
Q: How to make a booking?
A: Click here to go to our inquiry form. Once your inquiry is received, we will send you an official quote and confirm your reservation by phone or email, as well as take your deposit.

Q: What about meals?
A: We have options for how groups can eat their meals. Meals in our dining hall can be added on to your stay with advance notice. We aim to serve hot and cold dishes and beverages at each meal so that everyone can find something to enjoy. Those with special diets can choose to supplement with their own items, which can be stored in our refrigerators or freezers. As an alternative, your group can rent our kitchen or smoke shack to prepare your own meals. Bringing sack lunches or catering for a picnic is also an option that some day groups utilize. Contact us for current rates of meals and kitchen rentals.

Q: What is the price?
A: Camp Conquest serves a wide variety of groups with customizable experiences. Each quote is based on group size, type, activities, and meals provided. Contact us with as many details as possible for the most accurate quote.

Q: What outdoor activities can we do?
A: Every reservation can include self-serve camp activities such as Gaga Ball, Volleyball, and Fishing for no additional charge. Your group can also add facilitated activities such as Team Building or Water Activities. Contact us for a full list of activities offered and rates.

Q: What indoor facilities do you have?
A: Our lodge includes our main meeting hall with an audiovisual system that can seat up to 80, which breaks out into our conference room, sensory room (which can be converted into an additional bedroom or meeting room), and entryway seating. Male and female bathrooms include toilets, showers, and sinks. Two dorm wings each have five bedrooms (10 rooms total) that each sleep between four and eight people for a total of 56 beds. Our dining hall is a separate nearby building that includes a kitchen, seating for up to 80, and additional restrooms. Both buildings and the walkways in between are ADA compliant and offer Wi-Fi.

Q: How many people can I bring to Camp Conquest?
A: Currently, Camp Conquest can accept 56 overnight guests. Our dining hall and main meeting hall can each seat up to 80 day guests.

Q: What can I rent the camp for?
A: Camp Conquest offers rentals for retreats, meetings, school trips, corporate events, campouts, church events, and much more. Please describe your event when completing the inquiry form. We offer hourly rental, daily rental, and overnight rental.

Q: What will my group be responsible for?
A: Group leaders are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance the week before arrival. All guests must turn in a signed liability waiver. (For guests under the age of 18, a parent must sign.) Overnight guests should bring their own toiletries, towels, and twin-sized bedding. During your stay, group leaders are responsible for communicating and enforcing camp rules. Leaders will receive a checklist when they arrive to help their retreat flow smoothly.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Camp Conquest offers a full refund up to 14 days from booking. Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

Q: How much is the deposit to hold a spot?
A: Camp Conquest requires a signed contract and $500 deposit to hold your reserved dates. If the reservation is fulfilled, this amount will be applied to the balance for the reservation.

Q: Are guests with mobility limitations or other accessibility needs able to attend?
A: Very few camps are fully ADA-accessible, yet we're proud to be one of the few! Our camp is designed specifically to accommodate all abilities. This means that bathrooms have wheelchair-accessible stalls and showers, doors have lever handles instead of doorknobs, and even our zipline and team building elements were built to be inclusive for those in wheelchairs and walkers. We also accommodate neurodivergent and developmental disabilities, such as offering a sensory room off the main meeting hall. To see all of our accessible accommodations, we recommend group leaders schedule a free tour.

Q: What is Camp Conquest?
A: Camp Conquest is an overnight Christian summer camp for children and adults with disabilities. We are one of less than 50 camps in the country that serve campers of all ages and disabilities. 100% of our proceeds from retreat rentals help to improve our facilities and continue to make Camp Conquest a place of JOY for thousands of people who come through our gates.
